Deleting your data

You can request at any time the deletion of the data linked to your account or your requests (visits, estimates, messages). Write to us through one of the two channels below, from the phone number or address concerned:

We delete your data within 30 days. Some of it survives for as long as the law requires: invoices and accounting records, as well as the audit log of verification acts, which guarantees the integrity of the platform.

If your request comes from a Meta application (Facebook, WhatsApp), it is recorded automatically with a tracking reference. No Meta profile data is kept by Ma Maison à Moi.
